I am an executive coach, leadership strategist, team developer and seminar leader. I use my clients strengths and my creativity, relational and strategic skills to expand people’s thinking and inspire them to learn how to trust their own instincts. I am a former leadership consultant, coach, professional development trainer, academic dean and high school history for public school districts and non-profits nationwide.
Change is a constant in our lives. Leading through change often challenges even people with strong leadership practices. I have helped leaders experiencing change to cultivate strong and committed leadership practices. Developing individuals and organizations that forge positive change with the help of insightful coaching skills. I like school and learning so I earned a BA from UCLA, an MFA from School of the Art Institute of Chicago, an MA from Brooklyn College and a Doctorate in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco.
My regular practices and interests include meditation, the spiritual life, music, dancing, art, hiking with my dog and friends and traveling to all corners of the earth.
